And I've started thinking about a serious fic I could do... Monaco/France/Jeanne d'Arc...
The plot
France loves Monaco more than anything, but the memory of his first true love, Jeanne, haunts him.
He can't stop thinking about his deceased lover, he writes her letters that he burns for her, he cries himself to sleep thinking of her, she just can't get her out of his mind, no matter how hard he tries...
Eventually, Monaco find out about this and feels... Used. And betrayed. She then decides that it's better for her to break up with him, so that she doesn't feel guilty any more, this makes him even more miserable and all that angsty stuff. And then Jeanne's ghost comes to comfort him, you know, that kind of tearjerking stuff...
